A proposal from Harlien Media

Let’s take Evertaste to the next level.

A new website and online store for Evertaste Kitchen, built to grow with you.

Where You Are

You are at a real inflection point. The bread took off with your local community, faster than a Google Form was ever meant to handle. The private chef and catering side is steady, the reviews are excellent, and the bigger vision is clear: ticketed farm-to-table events, a full marketing presence, the kind of brand Lighthearted Kitchen has up and running.

You said it yourself. This is the moment you either take off with it or you don’t. The current Wix setup, run part-time, was not built for that next step.

This is exactly the kind of moment and relationship Harlien Media thrives in.

Where This Goes

Two things have to be true. People need to be able to buy your bread (and your other products) in a few taps, with pickup and local delivery handled cleanly. And the private chef, catering, and events side of the business needs pages that look as intentional as your food does.

We build both around how you actually work, then hand you something you can run yourself. No black box.

Two Routes

BEST FOR SIMPLICITY / SPEED

Everything on Shopify

  • One platform for your marketing + e-commerce needs
  • Bread sold with pickup orders and local delivery rates by radius
  • Easiest for you to manage day to day, one login, one system
  • Fastest path to having the shop live and transitioning away from WIX

Shopify handles SSL, hosting, and checkout natively, so the technical housekeeping is built in.

BEST FOR INTEGRATIONS / CUSTOMIZATION

Marketing Site + Dedicated Shop

  • A marketing site for the private chef, catering, coaching, and brand story
  • A separate Shopify store living at shop.evertastekitchen.com for the bread and other future products
  • More design range and customization for the private cheffing / public event side
  • Two systems to manage, with a slightly higher learning curve

Two platforms, each doing what it does best, complementing one another under one domain.

We will walk through both and pick the one that fits how you want to spend your time. Your domain plugs in seamlessly either way, right before launch.

After Launch

We build every site so you can run it yourself, and we record Loom videos that walk you through exactly how. That said, most of our clients keep us on after launch for peace of mind: on-call updates, ongoing marketing consulting, landing page builds, small changes, the occasional fix, etc.

Support runs from $250 to $1,000+ a month depending on what you need. SEO and content can fold into that, or be scoped on their own.

$250 to $1,000+ PER MONTH, SCOPED TO YOUR NEEDS

The Process

1

Kickoff call

We align on the vision and the must-haves.

2

Questionnaire

You give us your ideas, references, and design inspiration before we touch anything.

3

V1, fully built

We don’t do wireframes or flat mockups. You get a real, working version to react to.

4

Rework until it’s right

No fixed revision count. We refine over as many calls as it takes, within reason, until you are happy.

5

Launch

Domain moves over, store goes live, training videos handed off.

Start to finish, plan on one to three months.

07

Branding

We consult with you and the graphic designers that we trust, including the one who helped with Lighthearted Kitchen's branding if available. We work in tandem with you and the designer - so you get a refreshed brand that you love and site/store that are cohesive. The designer will scope and quote their services separately.

Next Steps

Whether you are ready to move forward or have any questions, please shoot us a message. We'll schedule another call when you're ready.
